The CW-800 Combi is a fully-automated checkweighing system with integrated metal detection and rejection, capable of processing 150 packs per minute. Its high productivity will ensure targets are met, whilst your brand is protected by ensuring target weight is met and foreign contaminants are kept out.
Integrated Metal Detector and Rejector
Fully integrated and working seamlessly together, the CW-800 Combi provides powerful metal detection and rejection on top of the reliable weighing provided by the CW-800. As well as protection against metal contaminants, you will have complete control of the weight of your batches, accepting all that meet your specified weight and rejecting those that do not.
Automatic Checkweighing of up to 150ppm
Understanding the demands of the modern production environment, the CW-800 Combi has been designed with a direct drive conveyor system that provides reliable processing of up to 150 packs per minute.
User-Friendly Interface
The CW-800 Combi uses an industrial PC, utilising DIGI’s WorldView software running on Microsoft® Windows® operating system. WorldView provides flexible software control for the automation and performance of DIGI's full range of Checkweighers and Weigh Price Labellers.
